What happens after you apply

1 We review your application (1–2 business days).
2 If it’s a fit, we schedule a 30-minute intro call to learn your operation.
3 If we both want to move forward, we connect your Toast exports that week and aim for a first win within ~10 days.
4 If it’s not a fit yet (for example, non-Toast POS), we’ll be honest, keep your info only as long as useful, and circle back when it is.

Do I need to commit to a contract to join the beta?

No. The beta has no long-term commitment. Try Bodie where it helps, give us honest feedback, and if it’s not working for you, step back. We’ll still be grateful for what you taught us.

Will Bodie disrupt service while we connect?

No. The initial connection is read-only exports and a private data mirror. No changes to your POS, no new hardware required to start, and no interruption to service. If you have a Mac mini in the back office we can use it later for local processing; if not, we run in the cloud.
